RETURN POLICY
Lanesplit does not accept returns on any special orders, clearance or discount items, electrical components, riding gear, apparel, gloves, boots and helmets. Items that have been installed, used, re-painted or modified cannot be returned. To return an item, it must be kept in its original condition and packaging with price tag and manufacturer tags attached. The packaging and the box in which the item was delivered must be returned and the box and packaging must not be damaged or tampered with. Regular items purchased through Lanesplit must be returned within 30 days of shipping date and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the package. For certain items, Lanesplit may also charge a restocking fee of 25%. Any returned item must be sent through courier and the customer must provide the corresponding tracking number to Lanesplit.
If an item has been delivered in damaged condition, the customer must document the damage, through photos or video and submit the information to Lanesplit. If no proof is available, Lanesplit cannot accept return of the item.
If an item is damaged during transit in return shipping, the item will not be accepted by Lanesplit and will be sent back to the sender. All shipping charges are borne by the sender.
Return items received by Lanesplit will be thoroughly inspected. If any item or packaging is not found to be in the original condition, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the sender. All shipping charges are borne by the sender.
