WARRANTY
Any product sold by Lanesplit is not provided with any guarantee or warranty unless explicitly stated. Lanesplit is a reseller and warranties on products are only offered on those items, for which Lanesplit is an authorized dealer or has an existing agreement with the manufacturer.
Product warranty is endorsed by manufacturer directly to the customer. Lanesplit can help with the warranty process in a situation where the customer needs assistance with claims. Any product warranty decision rests solely with the manufacturer. Lanesplit is not liable if warranty claim is rejected by a manufacturer. In case, a product is found to be defective and is covered under warranty, Lanesplit will replace the product, or issue store credit. No refunds are issued.
PRICING
Lanesplit reserves the right to change product prices and their availability without notice. Any pricing errors on the Lanesplit website will be corrected when discovered and Lanesplit reserves the right to cancel any order placed for the incorrectly priced item. If a customer has purchased an incorrectly priced item using credit card, Lanesplit will cancel the transaction and refund the charge to the customer through the credit card used for the purchase. Please check with individual bank on credit refund timeline.
SHIPPING
Any order received for an item in stock before 3 pm IST will be shipped either the same day or next day, depending on shipper availability. Lanesplit will issue an order confirmation via email sent to the customer. Lanesplit is not responsible for lost packages, so please note the tracking number, and purchase shipping insurance, if needed. Lanesplit does not guarantee shipping times and cannot be held liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond the company’s control.
PAYMENT METHODS
Lanesplit accepts all major credit cards for payment. There is no cash on delivery. EMI facility is available on certain products, as per individual credit card policy.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Lanesplit does not allow the cancellation of any order placed through its website under any circumstance.
